Properly uploading songs Issue

Hi Support.

I'm trying to upload songs to an album but I keep recieving the error attached. How do I properly upload a song? Please reply asap, thank you in advance.

    hello

    please, make sure that you have installed our system plugin,

    also, make sure your PHP settings have the "short_open_tag" set to ON

    Hello,

    Thank you for the reply. I have checked my PHP settings and the short_open_tag is set to ON and I have installed the System- Music Collection plugin.

    However, I'm still having the same problem. :( What else could it be?
