How can this be fixed?

    This is an expensive component that I researched carefully before investing in. It seemed that this was an upstanding company, which is why I made the decision to pay the money and purchase this component.

    There are some issues, however. I asked a question over 4 days ago and would kindly like to ask for a response.

    If a response is not receive within 24 hours, I will be sure to go over to joomla.org and rate my experience accordingly.

    I have Random Albums display module issue also. But mine is different from yours. Let me just put in what I think about MC forum support. It's one of the most regrettable support that you can find in today's business world. I can't believe so many of our questions are being ignored and left unanswered.

    I completely agree with you. This level is disservice will not be tolerated. This company will not get even another penny of my money, and I will be sure to tell everyone that I run into about my experience with the "support" here. My review to Joomla.org was submitted earlier today.

    The component is nice. I hope they can fix all the bugs we all are experiencing or loose potential customers. It will be nice to at least get a feedback from the owners to know if the problems are fixed or being dealt with.

    You are absolutely right, Justjojo. And I think more people need to speak up on Joomla.org regarding the poor service here. If I had seen that there were bugs and that the company takes a consumer's money but refuses to assist said customer, I definitely would NOT have purchased this component.

    But, sadly, the reviews on Joomla.org do not accurately reflect the true nature of this troublesome component or its completely absent owners. So, until we (the consumers) speak up, more people will loose their money to this company.

    My experience has been very frustrating. So, I am going the extra mile and will commit an entire article to Joomla Music Solutions and post on my business website. We expect close to 1k members within the first year. I will make sure that the article is highly visible and that it is accessible for longer than the average amount of time for our articles.

    I, personally, don't take being mistreated very well. Especially when I am being charged such high prices for it!

    we are very busy working on an upgrade to solve mainly a lot of SEF issues that have appeared recently (justjojo know what this is about..)
