Hi,

I installed and customised the component, mods and plugins with no worries and I am just about to launch the component on my site to the members.

My site is built around Firefox and I cannot get the JW Player to work. It does not even show on the screen until you right click and show controls. (Then it still does not play)

The HTML player works just fine in Chrome, do I know it all works, but I need it in Firefox.

Reading the other posts I removed my widgikit but it did not fix the issue.

The core and JW player plugins are installed and published.

Can you see if you know what the issue is.

My site is www.i-musicroom.com

Fantastic component and I like the new grid layout for the album module. Will this also be added for the artist view?

Many thanks,

Marc

HTML5 player for FireFox will NOT play MP3.
this is not a Music Collection limitation, it's a Firefox limitation.

you see, for a browser to be able to play an MP3 file, they need to have the liscense to do so (because MP3 is a protected format that has copyright). Firefox does not have this liscense so its HTML5 player can only play open protocol formats (OGG)

that's a shame, I know.. nothing we can do about it. you must use the Flash player in Firefox to avoid this.

thanks for your kind words Marc :) I'm glad you're enjoying it!
