I am new to this Forum and I have MusCol installed in my joomla site 1.5 after upload right direcory all my music and scaned corectly it show blank when ever I try to play the music from my site and I have followed the installation correctly I can see the song name but not the player and when I try to click the artist it goes to blank page also, I ma waiting help even I have send help to admin and still no replay I am wondering if it is like that the support you offer or should I have to buy again support while I have paid the coponent and is not workin fort me, wht is going here pls if it like that where can i get it back my money coze I don't see any help from the admin almost 24 from the date I bought it the component

first of all, please accept my appologies for the delay in the answer. in traveling right now and I cannot always have a good internet connection
your problem seems only a missconfiguration issue. if you send me a link to your site, I'll take a look and see what's going on.
to make it faster, you can send me you site's admin access data so I can fix everything up. send it to joomlamusicsolutions@gmail.com
