I recently purchased the professional edition and want to know how I can modify the "add artist" and "add album" forms to my website.

I want to remove from the add artist and album form:

1. the "genre" option from the Basic Details block;
2. the Extended Details block entirely;

I want to remove from the add Album form:

1. the "format" and "genre" choices from the Basic Details block;
2. the Extended Details block entirely;
3. the Edition Details block entirely;
4. the Part of a Set Details entirely.
