    hello, and thanks :)
wich language do you want the component to be? english? or another?
anyway, that's what you have to do:
go to our downloads area, enter into "languages" category.
There you'll find Spanish language files.
Download them, and you're ready to translate it to your language.
you'll se 2 .ini files (one for the admin area, the other for the frontend).
you must save those on the language folder of joomla (/language and /administrator/language/), changing the filenames to your language code (for instance, if you want french, the files must be inside the folder "fr-FR" and the name must be "fr-FR.com_muscol.ini")

of course, open the files and translate every sentence to whatever you like.

if you want english files, just use "en-GB" code or whatever your english code language is (maybe is "en-US"...)

translate everything you want, and delete the sentences you dont want to be translated. this way they'll appear just like there are now...

    cheers

I dont have english files, but you dont need theese to translate it: the Spanish language file is a translation of the english sentences.

you dont have to understand Spanish: just delete the sentence in spanish and write yours in Rumanian.

you'll see this on the language files:

UPPERCASE EXPRESSION IN ENGLISH=Uncomprehensible translation in spanish ;)

just delete the spanish translation and put yours. you have the english expresion on your left! :)

    Hello,

I'm not a Music Collection owner, but I love your component, and I would like to help you on it.

Can you please provide me the files to translate them to French. I'll do it with a great pleasure !

    Cheers ;)

    of course!

all you got to do is go to the downloads area, languages section, and donwload the spanish files.

you'll see there are two files, one for the admin area and the other for the frontend.

just edit the files with some text editor, and replace all the spanish translations to the frech ones.

also, change the filenames to the code of the language (in this case, I think the code for french is fr-FR)

    merci!

no, no, sorry. you do't have to translate it from spanish.

just read this thread, some posts no top of this.

the structure of the file is

ENGLISH UPPERCASE EXPRESSION = Spanish translation

just replace the spanish translation with the french one. you have the original (English!) label tag on your left ! :)
