(ALBUM) module not displaying CHILD genres

One of the settings in the ALBUMS module is that it will show a particular genre AND its child genres.

I have set on my MC home page an ALBUM module to show the genres of HOUSE MUSIC.
The module is ONLY Showing albums set to the genre of HOUSE and not the sub genre like Tech House/ Groove house. vocal house, etc.
I have this same problem for OTHER parent genres omitting with the same issue. And Example of the genre settings are below.



HOUSE
Tech House
Vocal House
Progressive House
Melodic House

Trance
Progressive Trance
Melodic Trance
Vocal Trance


THe module is ONLY showing the exact parent genre.

Do i need to add those child genres in as COMMA separated genres?
Music Collection genre

    Germi. We are still 5 months on this and nothing has been tasked.

    What is going on?

    At this point it seems my subscription will run out before you fix much of what im asking for.

    If we run out half my subscription without these items being completed i would expect an extended subscription

    Did you try adding the sub genres in using commas? 4,5,6,7 etc?

    of course i have. As stated in the instructions.
    Ive been using this component for years but over the past 3 years or so he isnt answering my messages
