Life time membership, no downloads?

Hello Joomlathat,
I recently signed in to see what's new with joomla music solutions component to come to find out I didn't have access to download. I had purchased a life time membership. Must have been an error when updating to joomlathat, I do like the new site. Do you think you can update my account. Thank you

    We don't have any record of this user (lowcarbon) being a subscriber in our website (not on the current joomlathat, not on preivous Joomla Music Solutions either)
    this cannot be the user you used to purchase... can you check it please.
