Songs don't inherit genre

Is there a way to make the Songs inherit the genre from the Album? They all default to the 1st genre in the list. This is very exhausting as I have to edit each song individually.

    hmm.. this sounds like a little bug. does this happen when you add a new album? or when you edit an existing one?

    Most all my albums and band entries aren't available in discogs (mostly due to their independent nature) so I have to build them all from scratch.

    P.S. sorry it took so long to reply after your initial response - it was my birthday :D

    Another thing I noticed is that my genres aren't showing on the show album plugin either. Maybe a connection?
