Proper settings - Single artist

I chose this extension for one website with an indefinite number of users. So I get it, I'm excited about it's use. :)

On the other hand, my 2nd site is for my band only. So, I'm at a loss as to the best settings to use. I don't necessarily want the A-# and the Formats/Artists search function.

What are my options? Please reply here or point me to site instructions (support articles).

Thank you,

John

If you don't mind customizing the component a bit, it can be integrated into a single band / artist site. I did this for a good friend of mine's website at http://www.kevinbluemel.com the music and the about links along with all the album pages are all MC driven.

@johnwork1 basically you need to start by setting the main parameters on configuration of Music Collection.

    1. choose NOT to use the letterbar
    2. my suggestion would also be that you use the artist page as the starting page. so, create a new menu item (type=artist) pointing to your artist (the one and only you have)

    have you done this already?
