    hello!

    1. this icon is the default icon you will see on HTML5 player in this browser. you should make the player bigger to include it all..
    2. firefox does not support MP3 files on its HTML5 mode (it's a Firefox limitation), so you need to use the Flash option for this browser
    3. no, it does not. one thing is the song number and the other the song position.
song position is just a LABEL (it's what you see!) but song NUMBEr is the actual position. please edit the album to see what I mean!

    Hi Germi,

    Thank you so much.

I found the Music Collection demo works great on IE7, Firefox, Chrome and Ipad.

Please show me how to do it.

    Thanks

simply go into the PLUGIN jwplayer configuration. on the options, set Flash for everything (specially firefox), and that's all.

the player will still appear as HTML5 in ipad, etc... so no worries about that!

Although I am not hpsw I am also having trouble with JWPlayer on Firefox.

    Attached are images of:

1 - the JW Player configuration
2 - the player on FF 15.0.1 on Win 7 HP 64 bit. White box only.
3 - the player on different FF 15.0.1 on Win 7 HP 64 bit. When clicked it opens windows media player.

I swear you helped with this a while back but it seems to have happened again.

    Thanks Germi

PS - it won't let me load the images.... http://www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/images/fbfiles/images/image-20120912.png

THe problem is on all songs. The player does this on all pages it exists (on Firefox of course)

The only song with an apostrophe is one uploaded on august 21 which I assume was before your fix.

I believe you still have an account to the backed. Let me know if you need me to change the password?

    Thanks germi.
