did you modify the module somehow? what you mean "not completely loading"?

the pictures(artists) in profile mode of the 'featured artists' module don't always load completely ( see module on the right ) , Please test this by trying a few different browsers and load speeds ..

The only thing i modified in the code , was commenting out some of the extra fields in the module, so just the picture displays .

this module is also displayed more than once on the page ..could that be it?

no.. I don't think that can be it.
apparently the problem is simply that the server is very slow and since the thumbs are rendered "on the go", sometimes it's too slow.

I'll try to add the CACHE image thing (currently available for albums) to the artists as well.

hello! yes this fix sets the thumbnails only horizontally (not vertical size).

is that a problem?

Yes this is a problem , as i use the module in 4 places on the site and all of the images are a different width and height .. i do need to be able to resize them dynamically, to the chosen output, that is set in the module .

I have changed one of the settings in the configuration and it seems to have helped , but if you could take a look when you get a change , i would greatly appreciate it.

I'm working on it. so, the problem is that the width is always good, but the height changes... is that it? you need square shaped images?

no not square , I need the modules to reflect the height that i put in them.

it could be any size .

as you will see the featured artist on the home page is rendering in aspect ration. (Equal widths to heights) In the module i have it set to 295px x 164px. it is not displaying the right height. it is displaying at 295 px X 295 px ( which in wrong)

I am assuming that i am supposed to have the...
Use cache for Dynamic thumbnail mode set to yes ?
