the file you are trying to install is com_muscol_2.2.0_community_pro_1.6.zip... right?

remember ALL THE PACKAGES for 1.6 end with "1.6.zip"

    packages for 1.5 won't install on 1.6..

    I'm checking this.
it looks like it could be a problem with upload_maz_filesize of PHP config...

    can you check this value?

(the bad thing is that I cannot find this on Joomla 1.6 admin info!!! this was available on 1.5, though...)

Hi, I'm new to web building and I'm really excited to try your product. I've looked in the forum for the answer to this but I didn't understand how to fix it. When I try to install in Joomla 1.6.6 i get this error:

    Unable to find install package

I noticed the post about the PHP value, but because I'm new to this, I have no idea what to do....

Problem solved... I contacted my hosting provider iPage, and they raised the limit on my PHP uploads. Thanks...
