hI,

Process all these files using their ID3 tags, creating new albums and artists if necessary IS NOT WORK

MEssage:
Songs could not be processed because ID3 tag reading is not available. Please enable it on Music Collection configuration first.

    Hello,

    Yes I have enabled it on music collection configuration.
    The message show :

    "magic_quotes_gpc is enabled, getID3 will not run."

    ok. this means you need to disable this PHP directive on your php.ini configuration file. do you have access to it?

    you just need to locate your php.ini file and set this:

    magic_quotes_gpc = OFF

    if you don't know how to do it, please ask your hosting provider, he can do it for you!

    are you sure this is in the correct php.ini file being loaded?
    maybe your hosting provider can help you on this..!

    but... they told you how to do it and it doesn't work? have you told them that it is not working? maybe the php.ini file has to be reloaded.. :S
