Get error when saving song

I use the add song form and it gives me the error message.
Message

Error saving voice over


We changed the words to say voice overs instead of songs.
I read all the other messages and it mentioned we need to create a songs folder?

    no, that's not it... is the ID3 tag reading function enabled in your system?

    Ok what do I do about that? Where do I look for that setting?

    in settings it says no


    Use ID3 tag reading if possible
