(URL Rewrite) remove index.php and MC goes blank Issue

In Joomla configuration, if i initiate URL REWRITING so "index.php" does not appear in my URLs, the MC component goes "WHITE PAGE"
To do this i need to edit the (htaccess) file in joomla.
I have tested it out and im not sure whats causing the probkem.

Do you have any suggestions?

    I don't know.. I haven't seen this before. This happens to you only on music collection pages?

    Yes only MC pages. Ill test it again after i point the domain to this server. Right now im testing things under a sub folder and a different domain
