Error with albums

0
There was an update to our server with PHP and Apache that is causing some issues. I've corrected everything I could find but am still running into an issue with anything related to albums. The albums module on our front page essentially brought our site down. I've disabled the module and got everything up and running. Once in Music Collection, I can pretty much do anything but there is an issue with just the albums (any any page an album resides on).

In the back-end, Music Collection looks normal with the exception of albums. I've attached a screenshot as to what I am seeing with albums. Clearing the site's cache had no effect...I've attempted to reinstall Musicol with the same result. A fresh install on another test site worked so it doesn't appear to be a serverwide issue.

With error reporting set to Maximum, I get:

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/themusic/public_html/plugins/system/muscol/muscol.php on line 26

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/themusic/public_html/plugins/system/muscol/muscol.php on line 27

I'd like to note that I see that on ALL pages, not just the albums page

something must be failing that we don't see. something in your new server settings must be messing this up... do you have access to a PHP error log?
otherwise, I will need you to send me FTP access so I can take a look..
