Add new atist generates 405 Not allowed Issue

Hi
So I've added 21 artists without any trouble, but when I hit "new" for the 22nd, I get a "405 Not allowed - nginx" message. I have tried to remove the 21st artist and adding him again without any trouble. It seems the problem is on the 22nd.

Can anyone help?

    well that's very weird.
    Certainly Music Collection does not add any restriction for adding artists.
    Looks like your NGinx server is creating some problem with this. maybe some limitation on the database?

    what about adding albums? do you have the same problem?
