Error saving song (again)

I have read all the posts about error creating a song in the frontend. I can create a song in the frontend, but after saving I get an error message saying:
"Error saving song". Help is urgently needed. How shall I provide you admin-access to our website? Thank you! Ari

    can you cehck that the ID3 tag reading option is enabled in Music Collection options?

    Of course I have checked that since I have read all the posts in this forum. ID3 tag is enabled. Kind regards
