Problem:
Cant import - plg_muscol_easysocial_1.0.2.zip - error uploading this file to the server. cannot find xml setup file.
Please Help me configure muscol with easy social.

0Hello Anthony,
The apps for Easy Social must be installed through Easy Social installation manager. Not through Joomla installer.
Take a look at the screenshot attached.

I got Manifest file is not a valid EasySocial application

Please, make sure that your are installing plg_muscol_easysocial_1.0.2.zip through the normal joomla installer, and easysocial_musiccollection_app_1.0.5.zip through EasySocial installer (not the other way around).
If you are positive that you are doing this and keep having the problem, please send us access at support@ joomlathat.com and we'll take a look at it. -

0I installed the correct way
easysocial_musiccollection_app_1.0.5.zip
and got the warning and error. Attached image.

Germinal Campsmore than a month agoI think you may be confused.. EasySocial is a totally external component which is distributed by another company (Stackideas.com).
We simply have an integration plugin between the two extensions, but you must of course have the EasySocial extension to use it. You can obtain it in their website.
