Community builder plugin does not install

Hi! Trying to install on localhost. Same issue as here : http://www.joomlathat.com/support/music-collection/community-builder-myalbums-plugin-installation-issues

The path is correct, still it says :
Upload showPlugins - Failed
File /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/cb/tmp/install_542f9b488e062/plg_myalbums_cb_2.2.0_1.6/index.html does not exist!

Not sure what to do here? Grateful for advice, thanks!

    you need to install it using the Community Builder installer.. did you do that?

    then maybe it's a permission issue? have you checked that the folder is writtable? the tmp folder where it is uploading this.

    Hi, permissions should be OK. Other plugins and components work fine to install.

    other CB plugins install fine?
    I would really need to take a look myself. can you provide joomla access?
