Cant access MC from the front end

Back end seems OK, but trying to access it from the front end menu items gives me a error screen. I see the following:
0 - syntax error, unexpected 'extenDIRECTORY_SEPARATOR' (T_STRING), expecting '{'
Every menu item for MC gives this same error. Please help!

    is the system plugin for music collection installed in your website?

    Yes, and I made sure it is first in the plugin list

    well, maybe that's the problem.
    you need to make sure it is last in the plugin list, not first.

    Hi, what was the fix for this? I moved muscol to a new site and i'm having the same issue with "0 syntax error, unexpected 'extenDIRECTORY_SEPARATOR' (T_STRING), expecting '{' "

      did you install the music collection plugin and enabled it?

    I have version 3.0.6, so I think it is different. If I need 3.0.7 I will buy it next week when I get my disability check, but would prefer to try out the new version before that...
