I am looking for Joomla tool that will allow my client a wholesaler to provide an Invoice/Cost Calculator tool for its vendors to provide estimates & invoices to clients.


The Wholesaler/Admin should be able to change product costs and suggested retail value and calculate vendor's commission and retail price for the client based on the quantity ordered for each product.

Ideally this information can be calculated real time as well as send an emailed PDF invoice to the client.

Calculations should also be customized for financing options to customer based on a drop down box to perform various calculations and show finance charges.

The Admin/wholesaler should be able to see all fields Price, Profit, Commission, retail price, customer info, etc.

The Vendor should not be allowed to see the Wholesalers Cost but everything else.

The Customer should only see the Quantity ordered and the Retail price.

If it is possible to generate 3 separate estimates this would be idea.

If not, it would be preferable to send the retail estimate to the customer and generate a report from the database to the vendor with his commission and a report to the wholesaler with the sale and their profit.

Please let me know if this is a current functionality of your product. If not, do you provide programming support or services to customize it accordingly?
