Hello,

after the change of the server I'm not able to see the logo in the pdf.

Just checking the same issue in the forum and I activated the php parameter allow_open but logo is not showing yet, here's the error:
Image not readable or empty

Can you help me please?

Thanks a lot,
Davide

I just installed the component and installed the PDF addon...I get PDFs, but just like above, I don't get an image. It says "Image not found" although the URL is displays is the correct one, and if I type that into any other browser, etc., it comes up okay.

Note that the Email shows the logo correctly.

please check if your PHP setting "allow_url_fopen" is set to ON

I really can't say what is causing this unless I can see it. It has to be some configuration on your new server that is making this not work... it was working on the previous server, it has to be some different config in the new one...

I need to see it "live" to try to see what's going on there... you are 100% sure that allow_url_fopen is set to ON and read by your system? (check its value in the "system information" section on the backend)

    Hello again Davide,

so you are telling me that if you use an img tag in your template with the link in the href attribute you are also getting this error?
Even if the href link points to an image that is not located in your server?

    Hello Davide,
I am supposing that you had the image uploaded to your old server, so maybe the image wasn't correctly copied.

Can you check if it is present in your new server here:
    /yoursite/media/com_invoices/

The image should be there to work properly.

    Tell me if it's there,
    Joan
