Invoice Creation Screen Not Responding Issue

Hello,

I have created customer profiles, Item and products completed my configuration setup but when I try to create an invoice nothing is responding. The date calendar pop - up buttons, the publish buttons or save buttons item buttons. Only what I type in. I am working under Super User Full ACL permissions and I had to install the form.php file to correct my back end formatting.

    what you mean with "form.php" file? you don't have to install any additional file...

    if you want to send me joomla access I'll be glad to take a look.

    have you installed the main system plugin for Invoice Manager?
