I have an error message.... please help

Hello,

I purchased the full version of the Invoice Manager component and have installed it into my Joomla website, I have a Joomla 1.6 template and it wont display and comes up with this error message.

Fatal error: Class 'JControllerLegacy' not found in /home/edspcson/public_html/administrator/components/com_invoices/controller.php on line 19

Can you please help me?? Is there a way where I can make the Joomla 2.5 component compatible with Joomla 1.6

    hello Daniel,

    so, you're running joomla 1.6?
    we could make it work by adding a little bit of code. however, first I have to ask: have you considered to move to joomla 2.5? if your template is for jooml 1.6, it sould work on 2.5 as well...
