URGENT - Virtuemart Integration Plugins Missing from IM Extended Standard Download Package Issue

Purchased the Joomla 4 update version of this product which I have had running on my client site for some years but the Virtuemart integration plugins are missing. These files are critical and I cannot continue the upgrade my client site to Joomla 4 / Virtuemart 4 without them. Have attempted contact via website usual channels but no response.

    I have the exact same issue, what's going on? I can't use this extension without Virtuemart. We're using VM 4.4.x
