Invoice creation is only for backend users.

Ok but how do you set it up so they cant see ALL OUR Components .We want if possible a joomla group or our registered bookkeeping staff users to create invoices from the back end so they can only see the invoice manager your writeup explaining says clients can access their invoices etc.

I modified the joomla permissions for create invoice for backend admin users but they can see the whole joomla backend ! Pls help thanks

Can i get a reply pls i believe this is a great question ??? or i may be mistaken ! we actually thought it was able to do front end invoice submissions as your write up does not REALLY make this clear as i see a lot of client frontend features ! but then if its only from the back end then we dont need our Invoicing Staff to have Access To Our Whole Joomla Backend !

the joomla permissions is something that you have to set up, it's not handlded by Invoice Manager.

if you want a user to only access invoice manager in the backend, then you can create a special User Group that has access ONLY to inovice manager.

Again, what you're asking it no specific of Invoice Manager - it's a feature of Joomla itself

You do not have access to the Administrator section of this site is the error when user tries to logon

pls how do you do this ?

i created a group invoice assigned the user to this group

in invoice manager permisions gave it all access rights to this group


but user cant logon to backend !

users can logon now to admin

but any user can edit any invoice or payment status !
