I have upgraded to the latest PayPlans 4.1.1 and now during a user registration I am getting an error "0 Call to a member function getTransactions() on null"
If I disable the Invoice Manager plugin the PayPlans works fine.
If I disable the Invoice Manager plugin the PayPlans works fine.

Restart app, or change the version to 4.1 -

I can understand even long delay, we're just humans and support is quite a hard task. But I still need a source. I've invastigated the problem by myself but I'm stuck.
I've opened a ticket at stakeideas too for retrieve some hints on change they made by their side which would give some clue on how to solve the problem.
Human factor is a common problem and you can do nothing with it. Delays could be provoked by different factors. -
