New Invoices refuse to Save Issue


After renewing our membership and installing the invoice manager on a clients website, for use in the backend, when I create a new invoice I fill out all the information but when hitting 'save' it just says 'saving' and then that's it. The invoice hangs on this screen and does not complete.

Hopefully this can be fixed, it's a fresh install of Invoice Manager on our clients FTP so I don't really understand why it's not working. Thanks.
