Hi, I bought this from you along with the Hikashop plugin over 12 months ago. Due to the fact it was not up to the standard I expected and at time it did not comply with UK VAT laws I stopped using it. I am quite sure you have vastly improved it during the last 14 months but it now causes me an issue which it really should not do.
I know want to uninstall it BUT cannot as it breaks Hikashop by doing so! at the time I was not happy with the way it was written and this just goes to prove I was correct.
How can I uninstall your extension without breaking Hikashop?

for what you're saying, looks like you're trying to uninstall the extension, but you haven't installed the "invoice manager - hikashop" plugin before.
if this plugin is still installed and Invoice Manager is no longer installed, this is probably what's causing he problem.
please see if that plugin is installed, and uninstall it. it's the only thing connecting IM to hikashop, so it has to be it. -
