Hi, Ive just updated to your latest release, and have found a couple of issues which would appreciate your help on rectifying.

It seems after the update my currency was set to euro, I went ahead and changed it to GBP in the configuration but still prices are showing in euro on invoices and quotes both with the online and pdf versions.
Also on the main page (where lists all invoices, payments and quotes) the prices in the quotes table are without a currency symbol at all?

Also the header and footer image are not being displayed on pdf invoice and quote. Its giving me the error 'Image not found or type unknown' where the image should appear on the invoice itself. All template html and css still exist for the pdf invoice the same as before the update (as i can see in the admin) but for some reason the png images wont appear?
I seem to remember (from when i first installed/set up invoice manager and customised the pdf invoices/quotes that dompdf doesn't really like png images and there was a small piece of code I needed to add/modify somewhere?
