Hello i was under the impression from the screenshots that we can add a fee for when someone makes a payment via PayPal. For example to recoup the paypal fees. Is this a possibility?

Also how do i get rid of the "Quotes" section on the users frontend? From the screen shots i noticed they didnt have the "Quotes" there and that was a problem i had with the last software I was using on Joomla 2.5. My customers dont get quotes and so its confusing to them to see that.
