Is there a way to disable/lock a joomla user profile using invoice manager (invoice contact and joomla profile is connected).
example: if a user does not pay i would like to disable his joomla profile for the website. I don't wan't to switch to joomla user management.

best regards

hm - so why is there an option to link these profiles?

    sry, for an other question:
the only way to import contacts to invoice manager is installing the jomsocial plugin. if i do so, are these contacts only visible in jomsocial or can i see/manage them also in invoice manager contact list.

    best regards

because a contact can be linked to a joomla user.. that's the way of letting him access their invoices online.

the jomsocial plugin you mention simply "shows you contact data" when you create an invoice, it does actually import the data into the IM contact database.

the contacts databases are separated. You cannot manage Jomsocials (or any others) contact data from IM.

no "direct" import. let me explain:

you can import contact data directly from JomSocial (for example) into the invoices, and therefore save the invoices CREATING a new contact in IM database with the imported contact data. Do you know what I mean?
but then, if you change for example some data in contact in IM, the data will NOT be changed in JomSocial. it's not "two way" binding, sort to speak.

ah, i see - that's fine for me
anyway an import skript (csv) would be nice to have - have to buy jomsocial just for importing contacts ...

but.. you don't have to buy jomsocial..

what contacts you want to import? I mean, where is currently the contact data you want to import?

    (sorry if I'm missing something...)

I have red this in the documentation:
JomSocial must be installed in the system

    isn't it this jomsocial?
    https://www.jomsocial.com/pricing

about data - just a lot of customers + data in a csv

    best regards

"JomSocial must be installed in the system" IF you want to use JomSocial. If you don't have it because you don't use it, that's fine..

if your data is in CSV, then I understand that you want Jomsocial to IMPORT this data, and then our plugin to read it from IM.

in any case, we will think about CSV import directly into IM in the future... thanks!
