After updating to Inv-Mgr 3, the invoice list is empty

After I updated to Invoice Manager V3, the invoice list is empty and no new invoices can be crated.

There should be about 40 invoices.
Same problem for quotes...
What can I do?

With database backup and deinstalling / reinstalling I got it to work.
But lost one day and lots of presets...
And I see several things not working, which worked before. I will open new threads for those, maybe someone can help.
