    Hello Lina,

Yes, to do this you need to export your data from your database into a .sql file (phpmyadmin does this for you) and then you need to import the file from your other Expense Manager phpmyadmin.

Are you ok managing this? If not, I can give you more details.

    Thank you,
    Joan

Also will Expense manager work with php7?

    Hello Michael,

What you need to do is to find your phpmyadmin page. You can ask your hosting provider how to access it.
From there, you need to go one by one on the following tables and export them within the export section:

    prefix_finances_categories
    prefix_finances_items
    prefix_finances_projects

Once you have the 3 exported files on your computer you need to log in to the phpmyadmin of the new instalation, select the database and import them form the import section.

    Thank you,
    Joan

Yes, you first need to install Expense Manager on the new system and then import the records from the old one.

We are starting to test our extensions with php7.
They should work but right now we can't assume it at 100%. However if you have any problems due to the php version we will help you solving it.

    Regards,
    Joan
