Hello I have found a bug in Expanse manager:
Steps to replicate:
Log in to Joomla administration
Go to Expense Manager
Click on Items
Click on New
Fill out data for expanse
Click on Save
Error will pop up:
Joomla 3.9.2
Php 7.1

Yes it happens every time.
What i have forgot to mention is that expense is created after I refresh the back end.
