Backend problem

I just installed this on Joomla 3.1. I see not backend for this component. Mine is fresh Joomla 3.1 installation.

    which component? Invoice Manager?

    Expense Manager does not have a backend interface, it's all frontend! (in the backend you can set just the basic configuration)
