2) ok, don't worry about the XML parsing error: the module installs fine anyway. I'll solve this, anyway.
3) hmm... ok... what MODULE MANAGER are you using? for now, Content Statisics modules can be created ONLY using the joomla core module manager... are you using it? or something else?

we are working on an upgrade so it works with Advanced module manager, but for it's only the core module manager

- Content Statistics - Mosets Tree
- System - Content Statistics
