Download stats for K2 Attachments

I couldn't tell from the examples and screenshots if this is possible.

I'd like a list of K2 attachments with each line showing total number of downloads (sortable and filterable). Note that this is across ALL attachments and not just the attachments of a specific K2 item. Then I'd like the ability to drill down and see for each attachment how many times each user has downloaded a specific attachment.

Is this possible with Joomla 1.7?

Thanks

Geraint

hmm.. this is not directly possible.
I mean: you can have a list of the top attachment downloads, yes (across ALL attachments, no problem), but this is displayed as a module, so it's not sortable or filterable right there.

what you ask for needs customization work to be done.

if you want to talk more about this please write us directly at joomlastatistics@gmail.com or using the contact form :)

thanks for the reply. I was looking to use K2 as an integrated download and article manager. I'm currently using PhocaDownloads for the downloads (which has these statistics features) but having the downloads integrated into K2 is an attractive proposition.

If I'm looking at the download stats for the attachments of a specific K2 item (in the backend of Joomla) - will I see a list of users who have downloaded the attachments and how many times?

    thanks

again, this is something that needs to be customly done for you, so we can include anything you want.

if you want we can talk about this privately on email so I can tell you my ideas, and you tell me yours! :)
