I have tried to figure out how to install the plugins and modules.
I have done so but In the back end I only see the most recent users. I don't see any graphs, Cant figure out how to get them to show and I have no history or map location of the users etc.
I am sure the plugin is more complex for the cost and I want to give it a fair shot and set it up properly.
Hoping for some guidance.

first of all, I'm asuming your read the installation instructions... after that, this is the first things I can suggest:
1. to make user you're gathering the IP info (for the maps), be sure to follow this: http://www.joomlathat.com/documentation/content-statistics/set-up-ip-geolocation-to-track-country-state-and-city
2. to know how to show graphs in the backend area, follow this. http://www.joomlathat.com/documentation/content-statistics/how-to-show-graphic-modules-in-the-backend-area
3. for general "how to create a module", follow this: http://www.joomlathat.com/documentation/content-statistics/create-graphic-statistics
