Setup Issues

I purchased the Content Statistics Extended Professional - Joomla 1.6, 1.7 & 2.5 - 1 YEAR subscription and I followed the instructions. When I click on components->content-statistics, there's nothing to see. I installed the plugin file and a bunch of extensions. I enabled those extensions and plugins as well. Why don't I see any statistics?? Please help. Thanks

    hello!

    are you sure you installed all the necessary plugins?
    did you install the CORE plugin plus some extension plugins? (the first is a System plugin, the others are Contentstats plugins)

    I have "System - Content Statistics" enabled in the plug-in manager. I also have four extensions installed and enabled in the plugin manager as well. Was that what you meant?

    yes, I meant that. ok, I see.. this sounds strange. what plugins (extensions) did you install, particularly?

    did you already performed any task (viewing and article, whatever) that is supposet to be recorded, but it's not showing up?

    When I click on "content-statistics" from the components drop down, I now have a list of events of what happened on my site. I would like to chart different events on my website. How can I do this, or where should I be seeing the options to configure this?

    the elements you see are the elements that are tracked by the extension plugins we provide. if you want to see other elements, you must install other plugins and enable them..!
