Hi guys,
I am currently experiencing issues with the MAP for tracking visitors to my site. I have followed support and added instructions per the site and help forum but am finding issues:
Firstly, the module is not recording each visit to the site. Despite receiving over 200 unique visits per day, only 4 have recorded on the map
Secondly, do we have default settings for recording every visit to the site, including unique non registered members and also registered members?

0Hi,
Yes I am fully aware it is actually page views, and I have installed the modules for map professional. I have added (following the guide for back office displayed stats) the k2 content stats plugin and asked to record the logins and visually show these by mapping.
Despite over 25 logins (unique) only 4 records on the map are showing.
Any ideas?

0I have the same problem. Some IP addresses are not shown on the map, but are recognized when I manually type them in IP locator in iPInfoDB. Attached is log from Content Statistics.
