How long does i take to show data on charts & rank

Hi,

I bought your extended version, iam using K2 and Mosets...i installed the main component, the core plugin, plugins for k2 and mosets and 3 modules for admin (compare evolution time, individual evolution over time and top ranking)...

I have selected all necessary criteria in general settings, put the data is not showing? How long does it take or am i doing something wrong?

    it should be immediate. it's not recording data? is all enabled?

    It seems to be showing now on the administrator side, but on the front end when i set "Filter by viewing user" to yes - it doesnt show stats for the logged in user "last year" is the filter i use.

    an i have visited the listings by that user as a guest and still the stats don't reflect...

    Hi,

    Is it possible to show current user stats on their listings? (not stats on what they have viewed, but on what other users have viewed of their listings)

    How do i set the filter?

    when you "filter by current user" it means that it will display data that was "generated" only by that user (won't work if you're logged out)

    about the second question (listing "creator" stats): which component are you using? K2 and Mosets?
    this option is actually not available for these 2 extensions.. although this is something that could be customly added for you...

    Hi,

    Yes we are using Mosets and K2, we would appreciate that functionality - actually when i read your advertorial i assumed that was part of the package...we bought the premium Extended version...do we need to pay more for the functionality? :(

    Thank you very much, but our challenge is that our website is live and we have the content statistics running already...so we need it as soon as possible, i dont mean to be a pain but how long will it take? we'll pay if needs be..
