First installation and plugin activation

Hi everybody.

I am new to Content Statistics and I have tried to install on my Joomla 2.5 + Zoo:
- plg_contentstats_X.X.X.zip;
- mod_content_statistics_X.X.X.zip;
- mod_content_statistics_individual_X.X.X.zip;
- plg_contentstats_com_ZOO_X.X.X.zip

and enabled everything, but if I go to Components > Content Statistics, the page result is:

You don't have the System - Content Statistics plugin enabled in your site. This plugin must be installed and enabled for Content Statistics to work. Read our installation instructions for more information
You don't have any extension plugins for Content Statistics enabled in your site. Please, proceed to install at least one extension plugin for Content Statistics to start tracking data. Read our installation instructions for more information.

Where is the mistake? :(

    Hello Monica,

    that's very strange..! when the component says that, it's because it can't find the plugins.

    I know you're saying you enabled everything (and I believe you!), but, just once more... can you check again that they are enabled?

    is it possible that there was some problem on installation?

    I've checked again and had no problem during installation.

    everything looks in order. I really have no idea what this can be.
