Count of Members by country

Hi - Im not sure how to get started on this. In the browse area (JomSocial) I need to display a list like this:

United States
Alabama (40 members) * clicking on these links will show all all users from those regions
Alaska (45 members)
Arizona (455 members)
Arkansas (12 members)
California (75 members)
Colorado (44 members)
Connecticut (33 members) etc......

Mexico
Aguascalientes (76members)
Baja California (34 members)
Baja California Sur (65 members)
Campeche (66 members)
Chiapas (22 Members)
...etc


Where do I start? I just purchased content stats for this. I hope it can do it. I probably should have asked first!

    it does not work like this.. you can have maps of visits from countries (or regions, in the US)
    but if what you want is actually a member count based on a JomSocial field, that's a different thing... that could be achieved with the plugin only with some new code build into it.
