Content Statistics (MAP) - Problem

Hi,

I've recently installed content statistics and everything is working fine except the Content Statistics (MAP). When I enter the Content Statistics component I do not get the country, state or city information. I followed the instructions of the user guide signing up for a free API key and copied it in the System - Content Statistics. How can I sort this out ?

is the API key correctly setted? is the IP geolocation set to YES on the plugin?

In the System - Content Statistics wich is activated I have:

Track Data: From Everybody
Use IP Geolocation: Yes

The API key is according to the ipinfodb.com. I also have the "Do not store these user agent visits" set with googlebot, msnbot, yahoo, facebookexternalhit.

In the content statistics table there isn't any data regarding the country, state or city.

ok, thanks for the information.

in this case, I would need to take a look at it myself, if possible, to see what possibly could be missing
