filter for custom field user Task

Hello

I would like to know if it was possible to have filters and therefore results for users' custom field values.
The idea is to have a custom field called 'company' and be able to filter the results in the data display.

Or should we develop a plugin for that?

    This is not possible out of the box. Yes, this would require custom development.
