Hello again,

I try to add some statistics on site.
I add Content Statistics (RANKING) SobiPro, I set no filter, I try also for specific section and show Top Viewed Listings.
I can get data showed correctly, there is just missing names of entry in all types of chart.

I add also Content Statistics (EVOLUTION IN TIME) and set for 2) Category Views / no filter.
...again I get correct data and also chart is following number of opened categories, but there is no labels.

ok, I would need you to check the DB table called #__sobipro_field

find if there are rows with the field "fid" with value "field_name". and then I need you to check if there is any SIMILAR name to this, like "field_tittolo" (that would be in case you were using Italian)

I know this request is a bit complicated. if you don't know what I'm asking for, maybe the easiest way is that I do this myself if you can give me access..

    Hello,

    I attach picture.
You can see, that on top is viewed categories, but color is only one, even I have many categories (it could be good to have different color for each category and labels under - but that I am not sure, if is it possible)
...but on right bottom you can see Top viewed entries (there are only 2 test entries for now), where is show bar and number of views, but not name of entry.
...both charts do these job correctly, just that missing labels is on all types of charts, I test all variants, but all variants of charts are same. They work as expected, but not labels.

...I am not sure, If I do not miss something in settings.

Thank you very much for your help PeterB

oh, I see. it's very very possible that this is related to the LANGUAGE, actually.

in which language are you using this? do you have access to your MySQL? if I would ask you to look a thing in the MySQL DB, would you be able to do it?
