Charts data points seem to be day head of the actual data

Hello - I'm creating a Evolution in Time chart.

The chart has the data points a a day ahead. For example in the raw data in the Content Statistics I have one view on Wed and two on Thursday. When i export to a CSV it still has one event Wed and two on Thursday. However, the chart the events show as one on Tuesday and two on Wednesday.

I do adjust the System - Content Statistics, Adjust data recording timezone to +5 so the times match the raw data.

In the Content Statistics Component settings I've tried Adjust data showing timezone but that doesn't seem to have an effect.

I've tried changing the Layout to Normal | AJAX | Old Google Charts and that doesn't seem to have an effect either.
